Iván Bellod is one of the founding partners at Hoteland Legal Services and also the Managing Partner. As a Spanish lawyer, Iván has a notable specialization in real estate, investment and financing operations, standing out for his experience in complex transactions with an international component.

Beyond his legal expertise and his role as a corporate lawyer, Iván is also a mortgage broker, accredited by both the Bank of Spain and the EFPA. This dual capacity equips him with a comprehensive perspective on transactional dynamics, especially in deals involving financing.

Iván's dedication to law is further evidenced by his active participation in various Spanish Bar Associations. Since 2020, he has led the Association of Young Lawyers of the Balearic Islands as President, having also been part of the Board of the National Young Lawyers Association of Spain.

Furthermore, he co-founded the Association of Debate and Public Speaking at the University of the Balearic Islands, where he served as President and trainer from 2017 to 2020.

Iván is fluent in Spanish, English and Catalan.
