Anna Maria Atanasova is one of the founding partners at Hoteland Legal Services and also the Managing Partner. As a Spanish lawyer originally from Bulgaria with over ten years of experience, Anna has an extensive background in international legal matters, particularly
between Bulgaria and Spain.

Her proficiency in Bulgarian and her close connections with businesses and legal professionals in Bulgaria have uniquely positioned her to assist Bulgarian clients with interests in Spain, as well as Spanish clients looking to navigate the legal landscape in Bulgaria.

With a background in Public Administration in Navarra, Spain, where she served as a Legal Advisor and Director of Human Resources, she gained valuable experience in public administration processes. Since 2022, she's been a licensed mortgage credit advisor by the Spanish National Bank, aiding clients in real estate financing in Spain. Her expertise extends across various legal areas, including cross-border transactions.

Her passion for the legal profession is reflected in her extensive participation in the Young Lawyers Associations of Pamplona and the Balearic Islands, as well as in her dedicated efforts with organizations that assist Eastern European citizens in Spain.
