Bernat Vicens, current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FERGUS Group, is a seasoned professional in the world of hospitality. With twenty years of experience at different operational levels in hotel chains, Bernat has managed to combine his operational knowledge with a focus on innovation and sustainable growth. Under his leadership, FERGUS Group has undergone significant expansion based on distinguishing each of its hotels, building customised experiences with shared characteristics: Mediterranean, casual,  friendly & lifestyle.

 Bernat has worked for some of the most prestigious brands in the sector, including the Barceló group and Hyatt. During his career, he has played a key role as business director of Hoteles Marina (now Hyatt) and has served as assistant manager of the Barceló chain in Punta Cana. In addition to his work in large hotel chains, he also held various senior positions in the Green Oasis holiday group, ascending to the position of Operations Manager.

Bernat has extensive training that bolster his operational and strategic skills, including a degree in Tourism from the University of the Balearic Islands and the Berufsakademie Ravensburg (Germany), the advanced programme in General Management at IE Business School and the advanced programme in General Management at IE Tourism and Leisure Management at ESADE Business School.
